e, Italy. It was a wonderful life changing experience. When I returned, I began the New Education Program for elementary school. After graduation, I had a graduate assistantship at P.K. Young Lab School where I taught half days with a MASTER teacher, Toy Whitley, and completed my masters. I taught a year at Brentwood School in Gainesville before moving to Berkeley, CA. where I taught 2 years, then moved to Manteca in the San Joaquin Valley where I helped start up an alternative school that is in it's 31st year. 6th graders are my specialty.
