Jeanne's Story
After graduating from UC Davis, I went to work at Weinstock's. In my eight years there, I was a Department Manager (in Reno), Assistant Buyer, Training Coordinator, and Assistant Store Manager. I left before they went bankrupt! Then I returned to college to earn my teaching credential and taught...Expand for more
for 27 years. I married a Weinstock's coworker, Bob, who had a daughter from a previous marriage and she had our grandson in 2014. We had a wonderful son that we sadly lost to cancer, and then became foster parents. I lost Bob to cancer in 2019 after 28 years of happy marriage. I am retired.
