Jeannie's Story
Life
In 1978, I dropped out of Electrical Engineering at Akron U and became a professional musician. In 1979 I married my guitarist, Carlos Suris, a cuban from Miami. We went on the road for a few years and travelled the Midwest, Canada and the Eastern Seaboard with a series of bands that we put together ourselves.
In 1982, we moved to South Beach. In 1983, our son Michael was born.

rlos and I divorced in 1992, when we were all smack dab in the middle of Hurricane Andrew.
In 1993, I married Bob Barnes, a native Floridian. In 1994 our daughter Annie was born. I became a computer programmer. In 1998, we moved to Atlanta. Bob and I divorced in 2001. Oye! I just keep trying.
I now live in Atlanta, and I gave birth on 8/16/04 to Naomi Louise Fox. What a miracle!
