Jeannine's Story

Life Here it is 2007. Where has the time gone? I am a Purdue alumnus with a Business Management-Finance degree. Go Boilers! There, I met my husband, Eric. He’s a mechanical engineer/project manager. We have a home in Valparaiso, Indiana. Be are blessed with a loving family. Two children and two dogs, how Americana of us. Carter, our son, is two years young and loves “hot rods” and “trains”. He knows his “ABC’s” (yes, I am boasting) and believe it…loves his baby sister. Alyvia is 6 months young. She’s our optimist—always full of smiles and brightens the day! Ducati and Abbey, our two shelties (and first “kids”), are truly part of the family. I am employed for Citizens Financial Group. As a regional representative, I am a liaison between the bank and auto dealerships. I cover a third of Indiana and travel within the territory daily. But, my “office” is located in my home which makes it convenient for my most important job, motherhood. I enjoy SCUBA...Expand for more
diving and served on the Aquatic’s, Lake County’s rescue team, for several years. Recreationally, we enjoy jet skiing, boating and fishing. Of course with the kids, slides at the water parks now satisfy my appetite for a “waterful good time”. Another great family passion…cars! Last summer we purchased a 1967 Pontiac Firebird. It is a good “twenty-footer”. The most important thing…it’s loud and fast! The kids love hot rod rides! We enjoy family bike rides. Get the kids in the bike trailer and off we go. I admit it’s lighter to tow on the first leg of the trip than the last. When there is spare time for it, I also enjoy gardening, crafts and sewing. I am in hopes to live to be a ripe old age (so long as I have my health and wits about me). Through the years I am thankful for the love of family and friends. It is truly priceless. Mostly, I thank God for all the blessings in my life! I am looking forward to catching-up with lost friends. Hope to see many soon.
