Jeannine Rustad:  

20+ years since high school (22 since leaving Gwinn) and it is a it odd seeing all the names of past friends and classmates. Here's the nutshell version of my life over the years. As hinted to, I left Gwinn in 1985, with mixed feelings. Some good memories, some not so good. The new life in New Hampshire, much of the same. Running, of course, was an integral part of my life. College was great - Bentley College in Waltham Mass. As with most students (heck, I started college at 17), I had no clue what I wanted to do. I started out as a management major but later switched to finance. During my junior year, I figured out it would be more fun trying to catch white collar criminals than working in finance, so it was off to law school - Catholic University, Columbus School of Law in Washington DC. Now those were 3 good years. Unlike the movie version of law school, the group I went through first year with was very tight knit. We studied hard, but we also played hard! Some good times out, as well as parties at my place (and others). After law school, we were faced with a down economy, so I took whatever job I could find - working for a sole practitioner, as, of all things, a litigator. Got court room ...Expand for more
