Jeff's Story

Married to Cara, we have three boys: Robert is 18 and a senior at the Arkansas School of Math & Science, Braden is 14 and a natural musician, and our youngest Sam is 12 and is developing a pretty good sense of humor.
Cara and I have moved around a bit as our careers have developed, we've lived in AR, OH, CA, TX, and currently GA.
As soon as I went to college, the terribly skinny kid known as 'Jeff' disappeared, and hasn't been seen since! I've lost almost all my hair, gained weight, and grown a beard that I've now had for about 20 years.
Cara and I have a beautiful mountaintop home, enjoy outdoor activities with the kids (camping, kayaking, building trebuchets), and are both active wit...Expand for more
h Boy Scouts. We fly Robert (the oldest) home every few months and holidays, but he has enjoyed living at ASMSA in Hot Springs.
I am in the science/technical field, manage an R&D department of scientists, engineers, and technologists. Some travel as part of my job, also have regular meetings in Europe every 60 days or so. That quickly lost it's 'cool' factor.
Cara became friends with Hollye McCrum while in college at ASU, they have kept in touch over the years.
We get back to East L.A. (East Lower Arkansas) occasionally, as Cara's family is from Pine Bluff, but seldom have traveled back to Clarendon, unfortunately.
