Jeff's Story
Kathy (Thormann) and I have been married for 31 years, and we have 3 daughters (Jessica, 28; Courtenay, 24; and Tori, 20). We also have a grandson, Nicholas, age 7. Kathy has been running the home front since Courtenay was born. She volunteers on civic and charitable boards. Jessica is in software sales and is married to Tre DelPizzo who is a Lieutenant Cornel in the Marine Corps and commands a Harrier division our of Cherry Point, NC. Courtenay is a social worker for an adoption agency in NYC, and Tori is a junior at Wake Forest University....Expand for more
I have been a practicing attorney for more than 25 years. I advise private equity groups, government contractors, foreign governments, and others in regulatory, transactional and business due diligence associated with domestic and international transactions. Over the past several years I have helped numerous entrepreneurs and start-up businesses with formation, financing, and structuring options, as well as distribution and partnering strategies. I serve on several boards, including the Fairfax Partnership for Youth and Alternative House.
