Jeff's Story
Left home 6 weeks before graduating from high school. Spent about 6 years traveling around the western states, jumping from job to job, getting wasted on booze or drugs or both. Just barely managed to stay out of any serious trouble with the law. Moved to Wi. in 1984. I continued with my wild life until 1990, when one day I woke up and finally realized how bad I was living. sin human services department is not really sure how to handle someone who walks in off the street and asks for help without first being in jail for fighting or DUI or some other unlawful act. In 1998 I met and married my wife, Nancy. A beautiful and amazing christian woman. I also became a christian, first finding Christ in 1998, then truly believing in Christ after being broken by him, in 2004. I have spent the last six years following Jesus and serving people as best I can.
