Life
After high school graduation, went into the US Navy for 5 years. Boot camp in San Diego, A School in Chicago, a brief tour at Little Creek Naval Amphibious Base in Virginia, a short time in Orlando, then on to Charleston, SC. for almost 4 years. Traveled mostly in North Atlantic, Mediterranean, Caribbean, and Eastern US Seabord. Out of the navy to college at Tennessee Tech University. Co-oped 1 year at Martin Marietta in Oak Ridge, Tn. k to Ohio to work for Cincinnati Gas & Electric which is now Cinergy. Bought our first house in 1992 in Cleves, Ohio. Still working for Cinergy, still living in Cleves.
Workplace
Started out after college at International Paper in Pine Bluff, Ark. I worked a variety of areas at the mill using my engineering background. Moved in 1990 back to Ohio for Cincinnati Gas & Electric (Now Cinergy) Working at the Miami Fort Generating Station. Started as Tech Service Staff Engineer to Maintenance Engineer to Production Coordinator to Tech Service Team Leader to currently Support Team Group Leader.
