Some of these "check the box" things really give a distorted picture. Yeah, I go on walks 'cuz I can't work out much because I had a my shoulder rebuilt three summers ago, but I've started to cycle & lift. Yeah, I like jazz, but not as much as Lunasa or Beethoven. I get news from the internet 'cuz television sucks and the papers are all biased.
Picky, picky, picky.
I sound almost...codgeresque.
I'm joyously married to a woman I've known half my life. We met in Belgium on a summer mission program. She hails from Holland, and God moved governments and airlines to get us together. My boys ace state tests, do tae kwan do, and love manga. My wife has a blue belt in TKD as well, and she runs a translation business.
I teach at a rural school that has, so far, been a sanctuary of sorts from the idiocy of state-run education. I like it there.

yone having a digital camera. Sure, they're easy, but not as satisfying as developing pictures myself. I do rockets because I like building things, tinkering with them, and making them better. I play the bass in my church's worship team, and I get compliments from the older people. Most of them, of course, have hearing aids, but I take what I can get.
Anyone who reads this, yeah, have at it. Say what you want; I'm not afraid. I was a jerk in high school because I was...damaged. That's a story in itself, but let's just say that God can fix everything, even childhood traumas. I just wish I hadn't waited 35 years to ask Him....
