Jeffrey's Story

Life I am now into my third generation of border collies with pup by the name of Peggy Sue. I work with my own dogs on obstacle courses but do not compete in the sheep herding trials. My father was a cofounder of what is now the Purina National Stockdog Trials in Lexington, Kentucky so I honor his memory by volunteering each year with the organizers. Concentrations in industrial robotics, management of innovation and international business. Played inter-university basketball for the Student Union Team. Team placed second in national tournament. Appointed to various student government program and activity committees. Workplace (2006-present) General Partner, Cinema Destination Properties - USA (CDP-USA). Together with joint venture partner Sovereign Investment Company, a Marcus & Millichap Company (largest broker of investment real estate in the USA), CDP-USA invests in cinema and cinema related real estate. (1990-present) Senior Managing Director, Commonwealth Development Capital Group, Lexington Kentucky, USA (resident agency for British-Asian privately held family business with interests in commercial real estate, trading, shipping, freight forwarding and wholesale air courier services). Organised and continues to preside over merchant banking activities in the USA. Together with colleagues in London and Hong Kong, make all investment banking engagement and portfolio investment and divestment decisions. Led group to world preeminence as provider (measured by number of transactions) of capital and financial advisory services to the motion picture exhibition industry.
