Jeffrey's Story
Life
After HS I went into the military for 5 years and saw the world, making it to over 30 countries before I was even 25. After returning to Seattle in 88, I got a job with the State. Boring! So I decided to finish my degree by picking a college that was small and out of the big city. I had developed a big dislike for Bellevue and the "me first" attitude I found everywhere there.
Evergreen State College became my home for the next 3 years, obtaining a double degree in Computer Science and a minor in Business principles. It was here I also learned what the world ...Expand for more
was really all about more than my travels had done. I learned to stop avoiding the truth about myself, and came out to myself that being gay was ok. I'm guessing it's no big surprise to those who knew me. Life is funny. I now live in Seattle with my partner and work for MSN doing web development. One of my current pleasures is singing with the Seattle Men's Chorus which I joined back in 1996. If you've been to one of our Christmas shows, then you've seen me up there.
I've had some very hard years since graduating, but I can easily say my life is very good now.
