Jeffrey's Story
After graduating from Penfield I went to Utica College for 2 years and then transfered to UofR where I received my BA in History in 1978. I then went to law school in St. Paul, Minnesota, graduating in 1981. I stayed in Minnesota until 1984 when I moved to the Phoenix, Arizona area where I worked as a paralegal in various law firms, mainly doing different types of litigation.
In 1998, I met my wife (Leigh) online. She was living in El Paso and after a year of the noline, telephoning and driving/flying to see each other, we were married in El Paso in June 1999 and we moved them out to the Phoenix area. h graduated from high school, we moved to the Austin, Texas area (Round Rock) as most of Leigh's family was here in Texas, inmcluding both of her grandmothers who are in their 90's now.
In January 2005, we almost lost Sarah to blood clots in her lungs - turns out she inherited a blood disorder from her biological father, and so she is on Coumadin for the rest of her life. She is studying to be a nurse.
Leigh is a registered nurse and is working on her doctorate in nursing at University of Texas in Austin.
I work for an environmental firm helping municipalities and other governmental agencies, as well as other clients, with water and waste water planning and permitting.
