I am a retired Marine Corps Lieutenant Colonel with 31 years of distinguished military service and defense agency support experience, including assignments with the Marine Corps Systems Command, Navy Sea Systems Command and U.S. Central Command. Previously, I served as a Deputy Director and Senior Program Manager at the Department of Homeland Security/Transportation Security Administration from June 2003 to December 2021. Before joining the federal government, I served thirty-one years in the United States Marine Corps.
