y at Stephen Talkhouse in Amagansett Long Island (doorman) summers 1999- 2008- ushering people such as Paul McCartney, Billy Joel, Paul Simon, as well as the common folk- while occasionally ducking beer bottles and catching people sneaking in. Saw all kinds of acts from Tiny Tim to Leon Russel to Sting and Jon Bon Jovi on that job, often took the stage after their shows. It got me out of the house LOL. Also quit pathology for a couple of years (1988-1990) and worked as an estate caretaker and independent landscape gardener designing and planting mixed borders for residential and institutional clients (Southampton Hospital). Now I just garden at home.".
