Jeffrey's Story
After High School I graduated from Culinary School and worked as a chef for 30+ years in several country clubs and fine dining restaurants in Pennsylvania and Ohio. I also attended the University of Akron and worked as a CDM Dietary Mgr in long term care. Now that I’m semi-retired I drive a school bus in Virginia. The kids are quite challenging at times but so full of life. I still love to cook but now I cook for the one I love.
I married my wife Joyce of almost 40 years now who graduated from Steel Valley High School, then Carlow College...Expand for more
and Bellvue University in Nursing. We had three children, two of whom are doctors and the other a scientist. We also have five grandkids with one on the way. God has truly blessed us.
Hobbies include gardening, boating, sport shooting, hunting, fishing and walking our two labs, Grizzly and Kodiak. Favorite vacation spots are Alaska, OBX and the Bahamas; music Pink Floyd, Casting Crowns and Mercy Me,,,I know, quite a bit different haha.
One of these days I hope to actually attend a class reunion should we have another, see yinz there !!
