Jeni's Story
Dan and I divorced in 1989, I remarried in 2004. My husband is a retired Denver Police Sgt. I had three children, my oldest, Shane, was killed in 2002 in an Air Force plane crash in Puerto Rico. He was a spanish liguist and worked in intellegence for the US Air Force. My two daughters, Megan and Katie, live in Colorado Springs. One has three children aged 18,21,22 - the other has 1 aged 12. My parents have both died, my mother in 1980 and my dad in 2001.

stry in 1982 and I spent 26 years working as a Forensic Chemist, first for the Aurora Police and then 18 years for the Denver Police. My area of expertise has been controlled substance analysis, fire debris analysis and gunshot residue analysis. (There must be those of you entirely jealous that I got paid to do drugs!).
I retired 11/1/08 and my husband and I moved to our dream home - 40 acres and a log house just north of Westcliffe, CO. I loved my job but retirement is so much better.
