Jennifer's Story
Well alot has happened in 25 years; Obviously the people I lived with didn't come to the graduation so why would they let me stay there right? Graduation All Night was a blast and at 7:00am I left to find my stuff packed. So I emptied my bank account and jumped a bus to the Mini-apple (Minneapolis). Found a job, moved in with my prom date, became a mom. Went on to school, became a mom again. got a degree, had a few more kids and moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado. I love it here; I have a set of twin sons enroute to the NFL, a daughter about to blow up the entertainment world, my 24yr old and 21yr old daughters have given me three grand babies since I hit my forties (Damm! I make grandma look good!!!!) and all the mountains and rivers (fishing sucks compared to home) I can possibly play in. I am loving what God has given myself and my family. YEAH THATS RIGHT FOOLS! I got me my own family AND THEY'RE MY BLOOD..(those of you who know me know whats up with that) the BEST blessing He's given me (in the world anyway). Now I know what family is all about, WoW !!! It is fabulous MAN!!! when you can be in the middle instead of outside looking in, giving unconditional love to people in this world and they give your life such meaning and joy. Cuz lets face it! er get from each other the joy God can give us so try to give others a taste of what He's got to offer, right? I must say it is a blast watching people grow with hope, courage, and strength and most of all compassion for others in this crazy world! The best job is the job of raising His children. It IS possible to still raise great people in our messed society bruthas and Sista's, but ONLY with a father like Him to strengthen you so you can guide them right. Its God's way not the world's way!!! (and yes right about now you should be going" is she married?" ............No Way!) (Its fun getting Crazy in this world too now!) Man, this life is short, but SOOO amazing! He really gave us an interesting path to take before reaching Him! And, some really great sightseeing along the way!!! I really hope for ALL friends and Fools! (i mean foes) you really see whats UP and don't end up going DOWN, cuz its easier to float through this path than to feel the heat of the journey! Its all great, just laugh through it! But thank Him for showing you the humor......This way is more fun (and a WHOLE lot easier) than what the world has to offer. I would love to role up to a Reunion this year. Someone please let me know whats up, K? Oh Yeah, and as you can see I can still talk mao!
