Jennifer's Story
I am the office administrator for a business that treats autistic children. I have two girls, ages 19 and 13. My elder daughter has Asperger's Syndrome, which has given me considerable experience dealing with autism.
I am amicably divorcing and have moved with the girls into a house of our own. I've lived in New England since I was 23. I have no family remaining in So. Cal, since my sister passed on in '09 and my mother ...Expand for more

Education: I got my B.A. from Occidental, then my M.S. from RPI. Worked as a software technical writer at Digital before leaving to be a full-time parent.
I've also have Parkinson's. My main symptoms are fatigue and tremors, but I remain busy and active. After 11 years as a Girl Scout leader, I'm now a Facilitator, training other leaders.
The two GHS friends I've stayed in touch with are Laura Six and Pam Davis.
