Hi friends!
Every day above ground is a good day as they say where I work. Work?!? Currently I’m unable to work because leukemia is a full time job. Fortunately the chemo isn’t too bad but each day brings new challenges. The doctor says I have an excellent chance of a complete cure IF I gat a bone marrow transplant which my insurance is currently refusing because they consider it experimental. The question I have is just how long does something have to be around before it’s not considered experimental? I mean BMT has been around since the early 70’s right? Well I’m not asking for a bone marrow donor but I am asking you to read a small portion of my story and possibly donate your prayers and if led some money to help me with lodging close by Moffitt Cancer Center and possibly with one of my bills. Even though I’m unable to drive at this time, I would dearly love to keep my Jeep for once the chemo is over.
