Life
Hello eveyone! Boy, it's been a very long time since I have seen most of you. I would be really happy to hear from old South Side High friends especially since these days I am living in Athens Greece and feel so far away from my roots/ family and friends etc. Anyway here's what I've been up to for the past few years....
Came to Greece in January of '99 for a semester abroad which was going to be the beginning of my "going back to school" to finally get my BA and hopefully move on from there. Always had an interest in Ancient History and Classics and was looking forward to learning a very complex language like....GREEK!! ARGH! Had a great semester, made some good friends, one in particular who later became my husband, ...Expand for more
Kosta. So, here I have been ever since. I work for the Program I originally joined as a student and I live about 15 minutes ouside the center of Athens which is an...."interesting" city (Athens, that is). I miss the USA very much - especially my good friends and much loved family but am doing well here and feel that there is a reason that I have ended up here and this is where I should be for now.
Kosta and I now have a lovely little daughter, Anais Emmanuella, born this June the 23rd, 2007.
