Life
I have been in Alabama for almost 25 years now and time has flown. I guess I can no longer claim to be from Florida.
I live in Decatur and am based out of Huntsville (the Rocket City) home of the rockets that took man to the moon and will launch to Mars in the coming decades. After working in R&D and technical fields as a Proposal Manager I have now become an independent federal proposal consultant, traveling all over the country as an independent contractor through my business Doc-Pro . management professionals. I never did finish college, but still take classes on occasion, one of these days I may finally graduate.
I got divorced back in the 90's and have been happily on my own since (but with a great set of friends). I also spent the better part of the decade battling a serious illness, but i am really doing well now.
After all this time, I finally became a race fan and religiously attend the Daytona 500 every year. I take my dad and it is a good father/daughter trip. I havent become brave enough to get to Talladega, yet :-)
