Jennifer's Story
Life
My husband Steve and I live in Vero Beach, Florida. I keep busy running, rollerblading, cooking (but NOT cleaning), hanging out on the beach, or enjoying beers and munchies with friends (contradictory to the running, I know).
After High School, I graduated from Pitt with a degree in Political Science and a commission in the Air Force. From there I went to missile training at Vandenberg AFB in California and was stationed at FE Warren AFB in Cheyenne, Wyoming where I worked underground babysitting nuclear weapons. he nation's nuclear forces. Somewhere in there I completed my Master's Degree in Aeronautical Science. I left the Air Force and went to work for Midwest Airlines in customer service and as an administrative assistant. I moved to Florida in 2002 and have been working as a marketing coordinator for an engineering firm ever since.
I've been very lucky and able to travel a lot. Alaska is by far my favorite place to go. I enjoy weekend trips to Daytona, St. Augustine, the Keys, or Savannah.
I still root for all my Pittsburgh teams, enjoy NASCAR when I can sit still that long, and love to go to minor league baseball games.
