Jennifer's Story
Things are always changing here. After High School, I went to the UW-Stout and had a great! time! for 4 years. I married Travis Ludvigson and we went out to Puyallup Washington. After a while we went Newport News Virginia, then up to Fredericksburg Virginia, back to Puyallup Washington. My father died when I was 25 and so we tried to get back in Wisconsin...so here we finally are. We try to get up to Rice Lake as much as possible to be near family. Trav and I have been married for 11 years and we have 1 son. After Stout, I went to the University of Maryland to finish my degree. Life has been crazy, but we're having a great time! I am lucky enough to be a full time mom which is so great because our son is 4 years old and we have had the best time, and I was lucky not to miss any of it. so I have to take it easy a lot of the time. I was doing Chemo right out of High School for a few years and then again around 27 for a few years...but I am happy to say that I have stayed out of the hospital for 4 years now...yeah!!! But I am a very low-key person now for the most part, and I enjoy hanging out, gardening and working outside, shopping, golfing, swimming, going to the theatre and spending time with my family....so basically...I'm like an old woman! No, I'm just kidding, it's not really like that at all...We spend most of our time taking Sammy everywhere to see everything that a kid could ever want to see or do. He's a very active child...so I spend 90% of my day running after him and trying to control the chaos. Life is so messy, I just jump in and enjoy it all!
