Jennifer's Story
After graduating from Hurricane I attended and graduated from Marshall University in 1982. I earned a BA in Elementary and Special Education. I taught in Putnam County for two years, then moved to Germany after marriage. While living in Germany I taught special education at an american school for the Dept. of Defense Dependent Schools for three years. Education from the University of Colorado. Shortly after this, my husband and I divorced and I moved back to WV. I have now been back here for over 10 yrs and have since remarried. I now teach second grade in Teays Valley, WV. I am the proud step-mother of two daughters, and dote on my three step-grandchildren. I enjoy spending my summers with my husband at our summer house in south Florida. We also love to travel, especially to the island of St. Martin in the Caribbean to visit with my husband's relatives.
