Jenny's Story
Hello friends. Where to begin? I'm retired. A mother of 3 children. Since I left Visitation in grade 11 I have graduated from Groves High, Wayne State and University of Windsor. I live in Canada and love it here in Windsor. My husband, who is Canadian, and I love to travel. We've seen ALL but about 7 states and all the Canadian provinces except Newfoundland which is on our bucket list at the moment along with the few states that we haven't visited.. I have worked in both the US and Canada before I retired. My last job, in my later year...Expand for more
s, was in the US. It was my favorite job. A claims adjustor at the Ren Cen where I handled liability claims for GM. Oddly, one of my supervisors, Greg Thrasher, was a graduate of Visitation. He knew some of the people I remembered from there but he was from a much younger class. Before that, In Canada I worked as a supply teacher for the Separate School Board (the Catholic Board) . Some of my fondest school memories are of my many years at Visitation and all my great friends from grades 1 to 11 which I miss and can't forget. Go Eagles!
