Life 2007 was a very productive year for me. I excelled in my photography, filmmaking and writing. From May 14-27, 2007 I traveled to 10 states in 14 days solo for a total of 3,720 miles. I took photos and filmed my experience as a video journal as well. Everywhere I went I met the nicest people and felt safe the entire time, even when the ATM ate my card in Albuquerque, New Mexico, even after my cell phone went dead in Custer, South Dakota, and even after I got a bolt in one of my new tires while in Butte, Montana. I had the privilege of meeting Jacques Olivar, the gracious fashion photographer from Paris, France, while he was doing a professional shoot in Butte for the Italian version of "Marie Claire Magazine", and he allowed me to film and take personal photos of his shoot. Jacques sent me the magazine with his photos in December 2007 and it was cool to see the final product. After traveling on my 3rd solo road trip in May 2007, I received my first U.S. Copyright for the 140 photos that were taken during that trip in September 2007.
