Life
Currently living and writing in Huntington Beach, CA. Loving it.
Went to college in Kingsville and cheered dad the coach on as a college cheerleader. Was a Chi Omega and Sigma Chi Sweetheart.
Got married.
Got divorced.
Have a daughter named Dixie Darling (14 yrs old) who is now living with her dad and stepmom while I am in California.
Taught English, journalism, speech, and drama. Entered the world of competitive forensics and coached oral interp and one-act play. Proud coach of several state champions.
Got busy with my writing and got published by Brooklyn Publishing and Rubicon (NY), mainly dramatic scripts....Expand for more
First retail book comes out next year - that's 2003(yes, I am excited - working title is still The Waiting Room - Brooklyn Publishing).
Spent some time in South America and Mexico on assignment. That was wild.
Now, I'm living in Huntington Beach, CA, working on a screenplay with a writing partner from Hammerhead Productions (special effects for Armageddon, Braveheart, Matilda, The Fast and the Furious. etc). Cooh, huh?
I also do some editorial consulting for Dr. Pat Allen (Oprah, CNN Talkback Live, The Other Half). She's like the relationship guru out here in Hollywood. She's a riot.
