Jerome's Story
I was the tallest of my graduating class, so I was the last to get my diploma. Not that it mattered much.
Currently, I live in New Mexico, semi-retired. I raise racing Quarter Horses, kind of a hobby. I have been in the broadcasting/cable/cellular business for many years and I am also still involved in the oil and gas business in Texas and New Mexico. I split my time between New Mexico and Wyoming. I love my place in Jackson Hole, but the winters can be really tough on old bones.
God has given me the gift of great health, energy, and physical condition. I have been blessed in my life with good fortune and greater opportunities than I could ever have imagined when I was in High School. I try to pass those blessings on to others who have not been as fortunate as I.

I returned to Sunnyside last to attend my mother's funeral. I doubt I will return again. All of my family is gone, the home place has long since been sold, so I have no reason to return. It was a good place to grow up, but alas it is true, you can never go home again.
I am writing this at the urging of a friend. Based on my high school experience I can't imagine anybody being the least bit interested in me or in what I might be doing. But since High School was a stage of my life,, I suppose that it has a place in my story.
So, I wish you all well. I remember a few of you, As we grow older I hope this finds each of you in good health and prosperous.
