Jerry's Story
Life
I now live in Devine Texas about 35 miles south of San Antonio Tex.
after high school I attended Sul Ross St. Univ. Graduating in 1966 with a BS degree in Range Management. played the Rodeo game a few years. After clooage I went to work for the US Dept. Of Ag. Soil Conservation Service. Worked all over south texas and 5 years in Idaho Retired in 1998 after 32 years. Was retired 4 days then went to work for TDCJ as a correctional officer still therer.
I was married for about 18 years been divorced close to 20 now. Have three kids...Expand for more
two boys and one girl. Three grandchildren one 11 years old a boy by my oldest sons wife and a brand new one that will be two in Jan. He is a major in USAF living in Germany. My granddaughter will be two in Nov. she is my daughters little girl. They live in Austin so I get to see her.
Life has been good to this old man I have accomplished what I set out to do.
Have had some heart troubles but still kicking and chasing old single women.
I no longer work TDCJ as of 6/30/05 hung up my handcuffs. Looking to do a little cattle operation.
