School
High school is a blurr to me now. I did have a bunch of good fun w/ the Spencer Ave crowd. I occ like to look at the faces of the folks in the yearbook. Most faces bring either a faint reccollection of a pleasant memory or nothing at all. I do wonder sometimes where all the folks went who liked to listen to tunes in the 'music room section' of the library.
After graduation, Rob Hinger and I hitch-hiked...Expand for more
across the country. We dedicated the trip to our friend and classmate, Kurt Schumacher, who was killed in a motorcycle accident right after graduation. Rob stayed in LA, but I kept going north, and eventually back east thru Canada. I think it was somewhere on the California coast highway- that summer of 76, that I knew I would live in NorCal someday. In 1986, it happened.
