Coldwell Banker Lake and Home currently operates a real estate office and real estate welcome center on Lake Greenwood. In 2009 Jerry Spearman personally sold more lake lots than the entire Greenwood real estate community.
Jerry Spearman is married and has four children. He has a BA in economics from Furman University. Jerry is very active in his church and leads an international mission trip each year. His hobbies include, soccer, mountain biking and white water kayaking.
