Jesse's Story
I thought I had updated this but it seems I had not. So, as for my history, upon graduation from PCHS, I attended Bluefield State College while working at Hercules as an electrician. After being promoted to engineering aide and completing my BS in Electrical Engineering Technology, I relocated to the Richmond VA area to work for Philip Morris USA. As I climbed the management ladder, I also completed the MBA at Virginia Commonwealth University. irement in 2011 and went on to complete the PhD in Engineering Management at Old Dominion University where I currently serve as an adjunct professor teaching in the Batten College of Engineering and Technology. I am also founder of a leadership development company Leadership & Motivation Consultants LLC which can be found at leadershiplmc.com. Despite some early life challenges, I can say with certitude that I have been truly blessed. My wife of 36 years and I currently reside in Chesterfield County Va. and we have one (1) wonderful daughter and three (3) beautiful grandchildren.
