Jessica's Story
I'm a civil rights activist and have been since 1977. I've been blessed to meet and speak with Nelson Mandela, Rosa Parks and others as a result of my work. y activism is God inspired (thus I don't earn money from my work but lots of blessings). For income, I now work full time in Beverly Hills, California as a legal assistant. I'm married (for 23 years as of 2009) to a cutie, Noel, I met on a cruise ship in 1984 and I have one step-son, Keion, that is now 28. nd gang interventionists to make a difference in the lives of at-risk youth. Ultimately, I will be opening a community youth empowerment center in the "Crenshaw" District of Los Angeles. I have a good support base because the need is so great. Children killing children is something we all should be concerned about. They are our future. So many don't live until 21. Other issues I am involved with include a mentorship program and computer donation ministry I operate out of my home and ongoing activism for the people of Darfur.
