Jessie's Story
Life
From 1966 through 1986, I was in the US Army. I retired from the Army in 1986 with a 100% Disability Rating. I then came under the Veterans Administration (VA) care.
VA would not let me work or go to school due to the nature of my illness. Therefore, I have just been periodically travelling and occupying time doing an assortment of things.
At age 65, my medical care is to change from the VA to Medicare l. This is just another Military Benefit LOST to ALL VETERANS of the United States. Soon there will be no reason for citizens of our country to defend Our Country. Paid mercenaries will fight our country's wars. Should they...Expand for more
get a higher offer of pay from our enemies, they will stop defending us. I may not accept the Medicare 1 program and stay under VA care. Legal suit to encur at age 65.
Since 1978, I have acted as my own lawyer in all legal matters. As to date, I have not lost a case I have been involved in. I spend a lot of time at the local Legal Library.
In 2007, I stopped driving except during emergencies.
I travel by bus, plane, or train.
I enjoy my smoking of cigarettes. I gave over 20 years of my life so that "People could make up their own minds whether or not as an individual if they want to smoke."
In 2009, I started driving again.
