Life
After graduation I spent a couple years trying to find myself. But eventually I settled down and began a college career at Texas Tech. I returned to Arkansas and completed an Associates Degree in Nursing. Then I got married like most of you. On my first anniversary I found out I was pregnant. What a gift!!! My daughter, Lauren, is now 26 years old and a graduate of Georgia Tech. After she was born I had a son, Ross. He is 24 and a graduate of Remington University in Little Rock. He now lives in Portland, Oregon. He is a genius like his grandpa. I finally went back to school and got my BSN and eventually my Masters in Nursing Administration. 8 years later I am in San Antonio, Texas. I met the love of my life on the Internet and we live together. We got married in July 2006. I am the Chief Nursing Officer at a small speciality hospital called the Spine Ranch for short. Life is good. I am more energetic now than I was in school. Larry and I love to hike, work-out, go to wine festivals, sit in the hot tub, dance, ski (water and snow), go to the theater, perform in theater....basically we live life to the fullest. We just purchased a new home with 5 bedrooms and told all ourkids to get busy with the grandbabies. Lauren is getting married this summer, Ross is thinking about it and Larry's oldest, Renee is pretty serious. His youngest is still in HS so we won't push her.
