Jill's Story

Wow, forty-five years have just flown by! So what have I been doing? In 1969 I married Bruce Kunder, BHS '66. We moved to San Jose in 1972 with our son Nick. Bruce finished his masters at SJSU. We were fortunate in that we both had good long careers. I was a human resources manager for Hewlett Packard for the majority of my career, then went into health ...Expand for more
care. In 2004 we bought a chunk of land in Somerset, CA.in the El Dorado wine country outside of Placerville and started planning for the golden years. We retired in 2006 and built a home on our land have been enjoying the rural lifestyle ever since. My motto for life now is "drink more wine, it keeps the blood thin!"
