Jill's Story
Life
After graduating from HS, I stayed in Renton, attended Highline CC, and started working for Rainier Bank. After my Dads suicide in 1988, I realized I could no longer let life pass me by, but that I had to make life happen. The following year, I met my future husband while he was vacationing in Washington, meeting up with his former Coloradan neighbor, Paul Rademacher (Hazen Class of 1982). weather in Colorado is gorgeous with the sun shinning 300 days a year. I go home to Seattle to visit friends and family, but after a few days of rain, I know its time to go back to Colorado!With 40 fast approaching, I am trying to stay active and have recently caught the cycling bug. In July I will be riding my first fundraising ride, which will be a 3 day, 162 mile ride. The ride will take me through Copper Mtn, Breckenridge & Leadville Colorado.
I have been married for 10yrs and we have an 8yr old daughter, Georgia.
