Jim's Story
After school I went to wow rk waiting to be drafted I had low lottery numbers but due to a government fluke that never happened. I married in 74 to a 72 E.R. grad Laura Tierheimer we had 3 son one in 77,79 ,81 in 83 we divorced I kept the boys . In 85 my current wife Debbie and her son joined the family. Tragedy hit in 87 we lost the youngest son Larry at the age of 6 in a horseback riding accident. We have been bless with 8 grand kids so far 3 girls 5 boys all live in so cal area . and owned my first house in P.R, in79 moved to Riverside area and now live there and in northeastern Arizona where I am working on building a small ranch.
Work: I first was in the truck parts industry like my father, later becoming a mechanic working in the oil fields and construction industry. In Aug. 2008 I retired. This allows Debbie and I to travel back forth between CA and AZ. We now live out side of Concho AZ. on the ranch that’s still in progress most of the and use the calif house to stay at when we visit family.
