Jim's Story
Life
I've traveled a lot, mostly in the US and tend to visit National Parks - been to most of the Southwest ones, and Northeast, too. England, Ireland, Mexico, Canada, Aruba, Grand Cayman, Scotland. Working towards retirement (soon, oh so soon) so I can finally take more than 6 weeks off a year (retired 2020).
Had lots of jobs, the current one being the longest. Being an MP in the Army was probably the best all around.
Only married once, and for good.
My kid is perfect (of course). Graduated from RIT.
Moved from digging holes to assistant business manager for my union,
School
1973-74, so long ago now, was a shock after being in parochial school for 9 years. Mr Lewis, Ms. Luepp, and the best ever, Al Turpin.
1974-75. Was I awake that year? I blame Dan, Joe and Bill.
Mr. Rice - Regents Trig for first class...oy! Sue Macomber, who I worked with years later. Mr. Collins, who made us think.
Dave Foster, who could as...Expand for more
k for anything more?
Gallo, Klein, Borak!
1975-76. Saw a lot of Mr. Walters.
Mr. Hennessey, another teacher who challenged you to do your best.
Spent most of my time with Dave Foster in the Music Dept. prepping for "Birdie".
Holsten, Riker, Rodriguez, DiBella!
Then there was Walker, and she weren't no Texas Ranger...better.

Alabama, California, Korea and Nevada. Had a great time at every post. It helps when you're the Military Police. Made SGT in 2.5 years, ETS'd when they wouldn't let me go to Drill SGT school from my no-name site. 1.5 years in the Reserves on LI.
Ye Gods! We graduated 45 years ago!
Retired for the 2nd, and last, time last year.
Now, if the world would cooperate, it is time to travel.
