Jim's Story
I have taken a medical retirement from the fire department received a teaching certificate in 2002 and improved it to include a special education endorsement in 2006. I was divorced in February of1986 and was awarded custody of my then two year-old son (he was born in December of 1983). me eh?). We love to travel, when the opportunity presents itself. I had a heart attack in November of 2005 and have been striving to live a healthier life ever since. I run in 5k and 10k runs and even ran in the half marathon in Detroit. Besides running and hiking, I love to read any kind of books from the classics to modern fiction and everything in between.
