Jim's Story
After high school I joined the Air Force. Got married to Linda Rocchi and had a son. Then I was sent to Libya. When I returned Linda wanted a divorce. I then went to work at Ford Motor Company on the assembly line. Seven years latter I was a committeeman in the chassis department for about a year. After I finished my apprenticeship I ran for skilled trades committeeman. as a electrician I got the job of PM coordinator and at the same time I was the apprenticeship coordinator. After 30 years I retired and moved to Florida. I know work for the United Auto Workers as a benefits counselor and financial ssecretary for our drop in center in SW Florida.
