Jim's Story
Attended Whittier College (worked full time washing phone co trucks in last two years; still hate to wash my car) then UC Riverside for History MA. While there met Peg; we married in '66. Still married; we think the marriage will probably work out. Started teaching in '66 at Claremont High, then Trabuco Hills, then Upland High Admin for total of 35 years in public ed. . ional history social science and world affairs organizations. Our son (born in '76) and grandson (born 2010). Have been able to travel; camping in Britain, France, Spain. regular travel elsewhere. Most interesting trip a two week high school student home stay exchange with the then Soviet Union in '91. Mr. Sklepowich (sp?)'s Russian language class back in '59='60 sparked a continuing interest in things Russian and I continue to do presentations about Russia and Russian foreign policy.
