Jim's Story
Life
I am living and working in the New York/New Jersey area and have been for the past twelve years. My wife, Sandy and I have a three year old, who's name is Aidan and one more little bundle of joy,on the way, [due in February 2009.]
I have been a real estate developer and in the real estate business for the past twelve years.
We currently live on the cliffs above Hoboken, across for the Empire State Building and are ten minutes from Manhattan. (close enough to get in, when we want, but easy to get out, when we need to !)

I anticipated, but after I first moved here,I spent some time talking to Angie Miracle, as she had been out here for awhile before me. She told me that "once Manhattan grows on you, Jim, you won't find a better place in the US to live... [she was right !]", I love it here. Great advice from a good friend. (she loved, loved, loved Manhattan ! God Bless her.)
I will always love Burien and look forward to my home vists and trips to Taco Time (boy, I miss that place!!!), I am hoping one day to move back home.
