Jim's Story
Life
After high school, I went to work for Metal Specialties Company in Freeport. I worked there on and off while I was pursuing my career as a musician. I played bass guitar and sang with several local bands over the years before a guitar player and I formed a "road group" and traveled the nightclub and hotel circut throughout the U.S.

in New Orleans Louisiana, and Seattle Washington. I decided to settle in Reno Nevada in 1985 and have lived here ever since. I no longer perform with any bands.
I worked in the hotel/casino industry for several years, at The Peppermill, a large property here in Reno. Back in 2002 I made a career change and I now work for the airport here in town.
