Jim's Story
Hello, Good friends!
After high school I was very fortunate enough to serve my apprenticeship in Tool & Die for five years at an excellent electronics company called CTS in Streetsville ONT. I continued working there for twelve years. Then after always being interested in airplane manufacturing I went to Boeing - De Havilland division for three years.
I know you are probably wondering what happened to Kim Plater and me. After high school I helped Kim and her family move to Halifax. Kim went on to U.N.B. to follow her passion in Forestry, which I am sure she has accomplished in flying colours.Unfortunately the distance from T.O. to Fredericton was too far to continue our relationship. best life has to give her. I hope she would consider me to be a lifelong friend.
During my time serving my apprenticeship I married Karyn Estlick whom I had known for many years while living in Thorncrest Village.
A year later we had a son, Jason. He is now married and is a meteorologist working for the GTAA.
After living in T.O. all our lives we felt a need for change so we moved to Prince Edward Island where I work in the aerospace industry and Karyn teaches special needs.
We also own and operate our B&B called Noble House which we really love.
Meeting people from all walks of life and from all over the world is and has been a wonderful experience.
Thanks for reading this.
Sincerely, Jim Noble.
