Jim's Story
After I graduated in 1967, I joined the US Marines and spent a tour in Vietnam. These were very difficult times for many and I fared no better. I married Angela Goies (1969) and we had a wonderful daughter named Michelle. Our marriage lasted only five years due to my personal problems. I moved from Santa Clara in 1978 when I married my second wife, Barbi. We had three kids and moved to a beautiful little spot in Ventura County called Ojai. Our kids all grew up in the house we owned and went to school there as well.
Three of my kids, Michelle, Jimmy, and Danielle all graduated from college and have successful careers. My youngest, Corina has recently moved to Tennessee and loves it there. She is working in photography and really likes it there.

rs person and do a lot of hiking, camping, and back packing. I also enjoy working out, reading, basketball (I still run the court with the youngsters) I lost 80 pounds about six years ago and have kept it off to this day.
I live in Santa Barbara now and work as a Materials Manager for a landscape and irrigation supply distribution operation. We have four branches and it keeps me busy, but it's not my life.
I have divorced again, after 23 years in 2002 and am doing well. I have three grand kids who are all beautiful children.
I enjoy going to the panther doings as I was out of touch for 35 years or so until my buddy Ernie got me back in the loop. Thanks Ernie!!!
