Jim is from Irondequoit, New York. His schools include Parkside elementary schools, Hosea Rogers middle school, Irondequoit High School and moved to Maryland in 1970. I graduated from Franklin Sr. H.S. in Reisterstown, MD. in 1973. He later graduated (Criminal Justice), Barstow College in California. I was a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, 1st marine division, 1974-1978. I've had a long police career. I played ice hockey for many years and last season was 1990-91. I coached 2 different high school hockey teams in Pa. over 3 seasons prior to moving to North Carolina. In Rochester I knew David Harris, Steven Baker, Jolee Levy, Chris and Steve Cottrill, Bob Lancaster, Bill Bush, Bill Kleinschmidt and others. I don't know anything about any of them except I searched a long time to locate the Cottrills', found their sister on facebook and learned of their passing. Jim's interests include Beach, Many, Target Shooting, exercise, hiking, Charger Girls, D.C. United, Washington Capitals, none, Anna Kournikova, Manny Pacquiao. One of Jim's favorite quotes is:"There are quotes from many that I like, but one of my very favorite is what Ronald Reagan said about United States Marines!". More about Jim:"I love music, have a great wife, 2 amazing daughters, 1 amazing step-daughter, 4 beautiful grand kids, 3 dogs, 2 cats, live on 50 acres in North Carolina-no, I don't miss the snow! I am not particularly talented or gifted in anything! I love animals and when I fish-it's catch and release. I don't act my age and stay very active. Trying to learn the guitar, I love being around home. I pray daily for our military, law enforcement, friends and family. Mean people really do SUCK-Particularly if they mistreat women, kids and animals.". I'd really like to hear from anyone there. I'm on facebook.
