Jim's Story
Life
I live in League City, Texas, and I am employed by United Space Alliance as a software development manager, managing an organization that develops and maintains software for command and control on board the Internation Space Station. My wife, Cindy, is a registered nurse and a nurse manager at an outpatient surgery center.
We have two children, Brian, who is a 2004 graduate of Texas A&M, and Ashley, who recently received her Bachelor's in Marketing from Texas State University - San Marcos (I still call it Southwest Texas State) and is currently working on an MBA and a teaching certificate. Brian is...Expand for more
also employed by United Space Alliance in spaceflight training, and he has been married almost three years, to a fellow Aggie (no grandchildren yet). Ashley is working as a graduate assistant, but she will be student teaching in New Braunfels in the fall.
I still enjoy music, and I sing with the College of the Mainland Chorale. I'm gradually getting my golf game back in shape after a lot of years of not playing (coaching soccer, swim meets, band -- a whole bunch of kid activities). I'm still pretty bad, but I'm having fun with it.
