Jim Holmes:  

Jim is from San Diego, California. Schools he attended include Patrick Henry High School, Coleman University (Accounting/Computer Operations) and Grossmont College (Accounting, English). After attending Grossmont College, Jim was hired and became one of two Internal Auditors for Equitable Savings & Loan in Portland, OR. He was promoted and became a Senior Auditor over a 5 State Territory, which required him and one other Auditor to Audit 53 Branches each year. After approx. 8 yrs. Jim was offered a position as a Property Accountant with Payless Corporate Headquarters just South of Portland, OR which he accepted. After two yrs. of working at and being confined to a desk, Jim decided to do something which would give him some physical exercise. It was at this point while working as an Accountant he started a New Company which he named Portland Janitorial where it remains to this day. After working as an Accountant during the day and successfully starting and running a New Janitorial Business at night, Jim received a phone call from people in San Diego that knew him and offered him an opportunity to purchase and Owner Operate one-third of their Pool & Spa Business.
